
Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Items
Every Rabid garment is made to order for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong colour. Please use our sizing guides and reach out before ordering if you’re unsure — we’re happy to help you get it right first time.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with a print defect, damage, or it’s not what you ordered, we’ll put it right. Email info@rabidgymwearofficial.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
What Counts as a Defect
Genuine print errors, misprints, severe colour banding, incorrect item sent, noticeable damage on arrival, or a major sizing/label mismatch from what was advertised qualify. Minor variations in colour or placement can occur with DTG across fabric types and are not considered faults.
Cancellations & Changes
Production starts immediately after checkout. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once processing begins. If you need to update an address or size, contact us immediately after ordering — we’ll try to catch it, but we can’t guarantee changes once in motion.
Address & Delivery Issues
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship once the correct address is confirmed; additional shipping charges may apply. For items lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier and replace once loss is confirmed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank, typically 3–10 business days after we action the refund.
How to Start a Claim
Email info@rabidgymwearofficial.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the full garment and close-ups of any defect. We aim to respond within one working day.
